You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our programming, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a regular workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in T3 Cross-Training you may graduate to our regular fitness classes and get the full T3 experience!
